We want you to love your SKIMS, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain items like underwear and shapewear must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printer-less drop-off at authorized locations.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in the original mailer or any secure packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and your refund is issued.
